Main benefits of Rotalube ®
Click click click this is the sound of a roller coaster car as it climbs the currents until the trigger is a thrilling and immersive experience.
For an industry, this is a sign that something may be wrong and keeping this chain in an exceptional working condition is paramount and increasing its useful life is a top priority, as the cost of replacing and stopping the machine is enormous.
With these concerns, challenges mount, as you need to keep the chain chain lubricated just enough to reduce wear, but beware of excess lubricant that is discarded.
The ideal is to lubricate a little for as long as possible and of course the best way to achieve this goal is to install a Rotalule®.

This unit is designed to operate in relatively low temperatures up to 80°C. Meets currents with a speed of up to 70mts per minute.
Rotalube ® PB
Manufactured from Phosphor Bronze material, this enhanced range of Rotalube® applicators provide a fantastic and reliable method of applying lubricant to plates and/or rolls. They are supplied without reducing nozzles, this type of applicator has an extended pressure range up to 2 bar (30 psi), is supplied with nitrile seals (NBR) standard, however, other seals such as Viton (FKM), are available. This unit is designed to operate in temperatures up to 170°C. Meets currents with a speed of up to 70mts per minute.
Rotalube ® Extreme
Manufactured from aluminum or steel material, similar to the feature of the improved range of Rotalube® applicators, this series provides an unrivaled and reliable method of applying lubricant to sheets and/or rolls, designed to operate at temperatures up to 300°C. Supplied without recessed nozzles, this type of applicator has an extended pressure range of up to 2 bar (30 psi). Where corrosion/oxidation is concerned this unit can be supplied with an electrolytic passivation process (anodized) in conjunction with aluminum.
Rotalube ® PH
Manufactured from fluoroplastic material such as Symalit® and stainless steel, this enhanced range of Rotalube® applicator series performs in aggressive acid/alkaline environments, unmatched performance and a reliable method of applying lubricant to the plates and/or rolls. Supplied without reducing nozzles, this type of applicator has an extended pressure range of up to 2 bar (30 psi), Nitrile (NBR), Viton (FKM) and Silicone Seals are used depending on the environment. This unit is designed to operate in temperatures up to 140°C. Meets currents with a speed of up to 70mts per minute.
Rotalube ® HS
Manufactured from Phosphorus Bronze or aluminum material, such as the improved range of Rotalube® applicators, this series provides an unparalleled, high-speed performance and reliable method of applying lubricant to plates and/or rollers. Supplied without reducing nozzles, this type of applicator has an extended pressure range of up to 2 bar (30 psi), it is supplied with Nitrile seals (NBR) as standard, however alternative seals such as Viton (FKM) are available. This unit is designed to operate in temperatures up to 170°C. Where corrosion/oxidation concerns this unit can be supplied with an electrolytic passivation process (anodized) in conjunction with aluminum.
Rotalube ® AL
Manufactured from aluminum material, like the improved range of Rotalube® applicators, this series provides a fantastic and reliable method of applying lubricants to plates and/or rolls. Usually used where larger applicators are required for larger tuning chains and can be supplied with or without reducing nozzles, this type of applicator has an extended pressure range up to 2 bar (30 psi), it is supplied with nitrile seals ( NBR) However, alternative sealing such as Viton (FKM) is available. This unit can operate at temperatures up to 170°C. Where corrosion/oxidation is concerned, this unit can be supplied with an electrolytic passivation (anodized) process.
